Peer Review Process
ICOSS uses a rigorous Double-Blind Peer Review policy. Both reviewer and author identities remain anonymous throughout the process.
Step 1: Initial Desk Evaluation (1–3 days) — Managing Editor checks scope, formatting, and Turnitin similarity index.
Step 2: Double-Blind Review (2–4 weeks) — Minimum of two independent expert reviewers evaluate the manuscript.
Step 3: Editorial Decision — Accepted, Revision Required, or Rejected based on reviewer reports.
